American History: DC 2007

The Smithsonian American History Museum was closed for renovation during our stay (I was so bummed... it was my fave when visiting in 1997), but they put a display of about 150 things from it into a room in the Air & Space Museum. Above are Lincoln's ACTUAL tophat, the actual robots used in the original Star Wars movies, and General George Washington's uniform. They were amazing to see!!
